The collected data may be passed on to third parties with whom Geosplet has signed a data processing agreement.

The User may at any time request in writing that Geosplet permanently or temporarily cease using the personal data. During the period of management of personal data, the data subject shall have the possibility to consult and update the data in the database upon request. All personal data obtained will be handled by the website operator in accordance with the applicable laws. Your data shall be adequately protected against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorised access or unauthorised disclosure by third parties.

Consent to the storage, processing and transmission of personal data By participating in prize draws, downloading files from Geosplet's websites, submitting your data via online forms or subscribing to the newsletter, the user authorises Geosplet d.o.o. to process and store the personal data provided, in accordance with the applicable laws. By giving his/her consent, the user authorises Geosplet d.o.o., as the controller of the personal data collection, to process the collected personal data for the purposes of sampling, surveys and statistical data processing, for the purposes of determining the use of the services, customising the offer and segmentation, for market research, for the purposes of informing the user of the offer, news and benefits, for the purposes of sending e-newsletters and other advertising material, for the purposes of informing the user of the services of Geosplet d.o.o. and related parties, and for the purposes of any other use of the data provided.

The data may be provided by Geosplet d.o.o., process for its own purposes until the consent is withdrawn by requesting the removal of the personal data from the database, otherwise only for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data were collected, i.e. 10 years for registered users, 5 years for all other users and until the subscriber unsubscribes from the newsletter, or until the controller ceases its activity on the market. During the period of management of the personal data, the individual has the possibility to consult and update the data in the database upon request.

Protecting your privacy

Geosplet provides all the necessary technological and organisational solutions for the complete security of your data. The transmission of sensitive personal and transactional data on the website is carried out in a secure manner using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. The data is encrypted with up to a 256 bit key before it leaves your browser and is transmitted to our server in a protected format. The system thus prevents anyone from intercepting your personal and transactional data that you send to the online shop.
